Northern Germany’s heavy metal titans, MOB RULES, are celebrating three decades in the business with their upcoming compilation album, *Celebration Day – 30 Years of Mob Rules*, set to release on May 3, 2024, via Steamhammer/SPV. The album features a mix of classic hits and new cover versions, including their latest single, a tribute to Iron Maiden’s “Run to the Hills.” This compilation, spanning over 150 minutes across two CDs, also includes fan favorites like “Black Rain” and “Rain Song,” alongside rarities and tracks previously available only digitally.
Vocalist Klaus Dirks reflects on the album, emphasizing its personal significance and the band’s homage to their heavy metal roots. The collection also boasts three brand-new covers of iconic tracks by Iron Maiden, Irene Cara, and Ghost, showcasing MOB RULES’ diverse influences and musical range.
